Now, you might be wondering if Jon ever made more bread (or maybe not wondering at all). Well, let's just say that I have discovered a hidden talent in my husband of almost 14 years (bc when you don't actually make, you discover). The artesian is my personal favorite and he makes it every single flipping day. This is a problem, you see, because I really love bread, but thankfully, we also have a gluttonous pre-teen son, so if we don't start finding ways to make our own bread and maybe sew clothes and cobble shoes now, we just may need to sell this bread to finance the absurd amount of trips we make to the grocery store for like 20 gallons of milk alone per month. But, back to the bread. I do love bread.
